Constructed of silvered metal alloy; the obverse with an oval oak leaf wreath with a ribbon on the bottom and a Luftwaffe eagle with outspread wings on the top, with a cloud towards the top and a lightning bolt striking the ground; the reverse plain; vertical pinback, with a barrel hinge and a flat wire catch; measuring 43. 08 mm (w) x 57. 09 mm (h); weighing 35. 5 grams; in overall mint condition.
