Constructed of dark grey wool, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered silver aluminum wire oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, overlaid by a swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 65 mm (w) x 55 mm (h), demonstrating extensive mothing and material fatigue, in uniform removed and very fine condition.
