Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for bright but elegant fruit character. The grapes benefit from dirunal shift, or warm days combined with cool nights, being up in the northern Italian mountains. Schiava is naturally a very light and elegant wine, and shines in that is bright, fruity, and easily drinkable. Pair it with a spicier pizza or pasta dish for a pleasant combination of light fruit
