The Chteau dates to the 8th century, when Benedictine monks wrote of its importance as a crossroads for travelers. The Roque brothers gained ownership of the castle in 1259, and planted vines on the surrounding slopes. Today, the domaine uses no chemical fertilizers and no insecticides or pesticides. This is a blend of 90%
