This is a very scarce Finnish WWII Enlisted mens side cap with a period applied red and white cockade. The cap has two Finnish buttons to the front holding in the fold down flap that covers the ears and back of the head. The cap is constructed from a stiff broadcloth and retains its shape very well. The interior of the cap has a size sticker, 54, and no other markings we could find. The lining shows honest service
