It is vinified as whole cluster, with carbonic fermentation, and aged in a combination of stainless steel and barrel for 3 months. An American vin de soif, it is so chillable, crushable, and drinkable wherever you may find yourself. The wine still holds on to those classic Sangiovese rustic tannins, and is just as serious as it is easy drinking. The perfect wine for an early
