Labeled Pia Rucci, the turquoise dress has a sweetheart neckline and spaghetti straps. The matching jacket is cropped with slight shoulder pads and drop shoulders. It closes with a single button and two pink swirls that stick up just up off the shoulders when worn! Dress has metal boning to accentuate waist, with darts at the skirt. It closes with a back metal zipper.
