Solera 2018-2021 Craziness 5 cherry and dry honeyThe Solera from Muller Koeberle consists in 4 grape varieties and 4 vintages all made with the solera system. The result is a complex white wine with a cool oxidative style. Dried fruits (esp. apricots), yellow apple and gooseberry. Lovely minerality in there too. Best enjoyed in one day. The wine is truly awesome however it is made without adding any sulfites therefore we recommend to share it with friends and drink it on the same day.
