This is an excellent original German Busch Rathenow Marschkompass II, a compact marching and sighting compass dating from the pre WWII WWII period. Manufactured by Emil Busch A. G. of Rathenow, this pattern is distinguished from the heavier brass bodied Marschkompass I by its lightweight black Bakelite housing. Especially desirable, this example is accompanied by its fitted black leather carrying case. The exterior
