锯朵仔又名杏仁香，为凤凰单丛茶十大香型之一，原产于凤凰镇福南管区桥头村。因叶片细小，形如锯子，故名锯朵仔。凤凰人对锯朵仔可谓又爱又恨，爱在于锯朵仔茶美价值高，恨在于锯朵仔因叶片细小，人工采摘过程中耗时耗力，茶农一天辛苦只能采摘二三斤，相较于其他茶叶每天采摘十来斤，生产和制作成本高。
