Germany, Heer. An Officer’s Model 1765 “Prinz Eugen” Sabre, By Carl Eickhorn certificate_of_authenticity General Sarrail(Heer Sbel fr Offiziere). An extremely well preserved Heer Officers Model 1765 Prinz Eugen sabre, measuring 970 mm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 810 mm long polished magnetic steel blade with a sharpened tip and unspoiled edged. Presenting with a gentle curvature, the blade features double sided fullers running approximately three quarters of its length. It is plain with the exception of a makers mark near the reverse
