Constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a double stamped inscription of HEERESSCHULE FR NACHRICHTEN HELFERINNEN (HEER SCHOOL FOR FEMALE SIGNAL AUXILIARIES), with an identification number of 25946 and blood type of O, perforated with three eyelets for suspension, measuring 70 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
