Domaine de la Goguette 'Bleu Ciel' VdF Blanc, 2022 habanero Finish: Waxy orangeThis wine is made from 50% Grenache Blanc and 50% Bourbolenc, with organic fruit sourced from vineyards in the Southern Rhne. The juice bursts with acidity from its clay limestone terroir. The Grenache Blanc was fermented in fiber tanks before being transferred to large oak barrels, while the Bourboulenc (from 40 year old vines) was fermented in stainless steel.
