This is a wonderful example of the classic Japanese Type 92 Tetsubo ( "steel cap") army helmet, also colloquially called the tetsukabuto ( "steel helmet") by Japanese troops. Features include: Original metal star applied to front. Excellent complete three pad leather liner, without pads present and Japanese ink markings on interior. These look to include the dates 19 and 18 or Showa 19 and Showa 18, for the Western
