Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Sturmabteilung (SA) style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, around a raised inscription of S A TREFFEN BRAUNSCHWEIG 17. 18. OKTOBER 1931, the reverse with a vertical pinback, unmarked, measuring 36 mm (w) x 52 mm (h), in extremely fine
