Multi piece construction, Royal crown in silver gilt with red enamels, surmounting a shield in silver gilt with azure blue enamels, the shield bearing two oval insignia, the left one illustrating the Spanish coat of arms and the right one with the Scales of Justice above "JUSTICIA" (Justice), the shield framed by a golden fleece collar chain, mounted to an eighteen pointed silver gilt star base, each star
