Pair this with roasted oysters with cultured butter, bone in chicken thighs with a potato puree and pine nuts, or pan seared duck breast and roasted fennel. This cuve is a collaboration between Galician born Priorat winemaker Fredi Torres, and St. Jodern Kellerei, a co op winery based in Visperterminen, Switzerland, in the Valais AOC. The grapes are harvested by
