Quite possibly one of the finest examples of an Imperial German Officers Sword we have ever had the pleasure of offering! This is a wonderful condition example of an Imperial German Model 1889 Infantry Officer sword and scabbard. The hilt is a gilded brass D shape guard with the Imperial German eagle of Kaiser Wilhelm II cypher emblazoned on the grip. The Imperial Eagle portion of the guard folds in or out, depending
