Domaine NOAH ‘RossoNoah’ Coste della Sesia DOC, 2024 cali cab this cuvée features lovely aromaticsThis wine is made of 50% young vine Nebbiolo, 40% Croatina (aka Bonarda) (70 year old maggiorina vines), and 10% Vespolina. With a rounded texture, smooth flavors of stewed red fruit and elegant tannins, this wine would go perfectly with a leaner steak, a rich mushroom risotto, or veal dish with a red wine based sauce. Originally an architect, winemaker Andrea Mosca acquired 3 hectares in the Bramaterra region of Piedmont and began the NOAH project,
