All constructed of bronze with multi coloured enamels and silver or gilt finish where applicable, all on loops for suspension from period original ribbons, each consisting of a each consisting of a Latin Cross with arms joined through the quadrants by stylized rays, the obverse of each with blue enameled arms, all bearing central
