Constructed of bronze with enamels, the obverse bearing a central red enameled Tyrolean eagle clutching a white enameled bullseye target overlaid by a mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of TIROLER LANDESSCHIESSEN 1939 (TYROLEAN STATE SHOOTING 1939), the reverse with a clip hinge and horizontal pinback meeting a rounded catch, unmarked, measuring 52. 14 mm in
