The terraced vineyards for this wine are located just outside the Convento at an average elevation of 500 meters, and are bathed in sunlight from dawn to dusk. This is a youthful, juicy, and pleasant Nebbiolo with plenty of fresh cherry fruit and rosy aromatics. Pair it with smoked brisket sliders.
