Insignia in bronze gilt with red, white and green enamels, mounted to a silvered bronze four pointed star base, each side with eight rays emanating from the centre between the star points, stamped "15" on the underside of the pin beside the hinge, measuring 95 mm (w) x 95 mm (h), vertical pinback.
