It has a W SS (Waffen SS) stamp on the cover. The owner was Kurt Gelbrecht. The document is dated to April 24, 1940. Footnote: Kurt Gelbrecht was born on February 23, 1904 in Berlin. Although he was first mustered on April 24, 1940 he was not drafted until February 1, 1944 when he joined the 2nd Company of SS Panzer
