Domaine Robert Chevillon Vieilles Vignes Nuits-Saint-Georges, 2018 champagne and 2% RoussaneThis wine is 100% Pinot Noir from the commune of Nuit Saint Georges. From selected parcels of vines aging at least 55 years old, this is a dense rich wine. Bursting from the glass with rich strawberry, wild herbs, oak, and tobacco notes. This is a great candidate for further cellaring but will also pair excellently with steak au poivre, or duck l'orange.
