On the opposite side of the blade’s ricasso is the serial number 5663 and this matches the serial number on the top of the throat fitting of the scabbard

and the end of the cover features an engraved / stylized reversed C around the riveted end of the latch

and the patent markings on the left side of the frame are quite faint
