Produced in 1942 by the National Portrait Company of Elkhart, Indiana this is a fabulous United States Navy personalized portrait that commemorates December 7th, 1941 and the attack on Pearl Harbor as well as the history of the American military 1776 1941. The top reads GOD BLESS AMERICA. The seaman in the center of the portrait is unknown but this style of frame would have been available to individuals in order to have
