In bronze gilt, a white enamelled Maltese cross with ball finials, the obverse centerpiece featuring a white eagle on a red field, encircled by a blue enamel ring inscribed POLONIA RESTITVTA, reverse plain bronze arms with silvered "1918" on the centerpiece, measuring 50. 6 mm (w) x 50. 8 mm (h), including period original ribbon with rosette, intact enamels, light wear, in extremely
