It is recognised by three distinctive features: a hand painted galloping horse inspired by the regions centuries old horse culture; a soft, bluish celadon glaze covered with a delicate network of fine crackles known as *aohibi*, or blue crackle; and its remarkable double walled construction. By joining two vessels together before firing, artisans create a hollow
