This is a wonderful USGI bring back from a known Battery in the 17th airborne who saw action in occupied Europe and Germany from after D-Day to the end of World War Two

with rank and unit insignia

It features a heavy ribbed cast steel hilt with split muzzle ring and a 12 inch fullered blade

In working condition just needing a good cleaning from a long time in storage

This is an nice war used example of a WW2 German Army Kriegsmarine Kstenartillerie (Coastal Artillery) Enlisted (Seaman) tunic. This tunic is nearly untouched. The tunic itself is made of a medium weight field gray green wool. The front closes with five green painted Kriegsmarine Navy Anchor painted buttons. The attractive Naval breast eagle stitched to the chest in a fashion typical of wartime German tailor work.
