Can be used on dry or wet tires. Yields a nice, non oily and greasy, dark wet finish. Safe on all surfaces. Application Apply product onto tire applicator till evenly saturated. Coat dry or wet tires till desired finish sheen is achieved. Can be buffed to matte satin finish if gloss is not desired.
