Clay and limestone soil for bursting freshness and acidity. The Pinot Noir grapes are direct pressed, and aged in 2 3 year old barrels. A very juicy ros with wild strawberry and citrus on the palate. Enjoy this with chicken cooked your way: roasted, fried, grilled, tenders, cutlets, you name it!
