A Teutonic Order Professed Knight’s Breast Cross, C. 1900 consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac only several hundreds Croats trained(Brustkreuz eines Angehrigen des Deutschen Ordens). Constructed of silver with enamels, consisting of a Latin Cross the obverse with black enameled arms trimmed with ribbed and pebbled borders, the reverse bearing a central rivet, with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a rounded catch, unmarked, measuring 54. 20 mm (w) x 60. 30 mm (h), weighing 23. 9 grams, with minor tarnishing evident, in extremely fine condition.
