It is a 1990s jumpsuit by Dennis Goldsmith with a velvet long sleeve bodice, and layered sheer pants with velvet polka dots. This ensemble also has a matching black velvet belt, but it can be worn with a gold or rhinestone belt to make the outfit more formal!
