This is an extremely rare Type 90 Civil defense helmet, complete with an intact cloth liner and chin strap. The Japanese WWII Civil Defense helmet was the final of four variations of the Type 90 Army helmet and was designed specifically for mainland civil defense. Overall condition is very good with correct brown paint, with some overall oxidation on the exterior. The paint job did not adhere very well, allowing the
