1970s Estevez Blue Chiffon Vintage Dress w/ Sheer Balloon Sleeves suit and floral rosette appliquesThis is a 1970's vintage blue chiffon dress from Estevez with incredible balloon sleeves. The blousy sleeves are sheer blue, and have elastic cuffs. The dress has a cowl neck and a full skirt. There is a fabric sash and the dress closes with a back zipper. The waist measurement is larger because it can be cinched with the sash. It is in excellent condition, the only flaw is some discoloration to the lining of the underarms only. Not visible when worn.
