Germany, Luftwaffe. A First Pattern Breast Eagle for NCOs, Flat Wire Variant Auction Archive exhibiting slight wear(Luftwaffe Brustadler fr Unteroffiziere 1. Form). Constructed of dark grey wool, the obverse bearing a layer of grey rayon threading, in turn overlaid by a machine embroidered silver aluminum wire drop tail style Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 95 mm (w) x 60 mm (h), a scarce early NCO variant in uniform removed and extremely fine condition.
