Tea in Fujian is divided into grades of leaves, Bai Hao Yin Zhen (White Hair Silver Needle), Bai Mu Dan (White Peony), and Shou Mei (Longevity Eyebrow). Shou Mei is sometimes referred to as a low grade tea.
