(1825 1912 issue). Constructed of blackened non magnetic metal, affixed to a non magnetic metal backplate with a horizontal pinback and period original length of blue and white ribbon, marked SY & WAGNER 15, measuring 43. 27 mm (w) x 25. 30 mm (h), fine.
