The Roccanivo is characterized by fruity notes of sour cherries and small forest fruits. Thanks to the tart side of chocolate and fine vanilla, this results in a perfectly balanced bouquet. The Bric del Gaian is added as a very complex grappa. Vanilla also plays a role in terms of taste, but it is slightly underpinned by sage and grapefruit the
