Drei Arten der Erdbeerfermentation treffen auf Joghurtmolke, eisgeklrtes Tomatenwasser und gerucherte Vanille. Erdbeeren mit Molke, alles andere als s. Aromatisch und fruchtig, am Gaumen jedoch trocken. Ein hochspannendes Getrnk, das gesetzte Vorstellungen hinterfragt.
